Members of the TAS get down and dirty.

Check out some of the great stuff the TAS is involved with this year:

Learn how to identify, test and properly record archeological sites in classroom and field sessions located around the state each spring at the TAS Archeology Academy.  Reports of previous Academies are available to read.

Participate in an archeological excavation during our summer Field School.  Results of previous Field Schools are available to read.

Participate in recording Rock Art in the field during winter holidays, spring break or summer vacation.  Descriptions of Rock Art recording sessions are available to read.

Attend our Annual Meeting held in the fall to see presentations on archeological work around the state, hear archeologists discuss current issues, learn from instructional programs or just enjoy the social atmosphere. See what we did last fall.
