Archeology Information for Teachers

Education

The Texas Archeological Society is dedicated to helping educators teach principles and practices of archeology in their classrooms. To that end, we offer resources, including, Websites, Recommended Reading, Books of Lesson Plans, Special Issue Devoted to Anthropology in the Classroom, and Children's Books on Archeological Topics.

We also offer opportunities to receive lessons for the classroom and professional development credit.
