Texas Archeological Society - 2008 Field School Registration

A reprieve for procrastinators – the Field School Registrar will be accepting mail-in registrations that arrive through Monday, June 9. Meals may also be ordered. We suggest that you make a copy of your registration form and check and bring them to Field School with you.

For you REAL procrastinators (and there shouldn't be too many of you), walk-up registration at camp will be accepted.

Welcome to the TAS online 2008 Field School Registration form.  You must be a TAS member to attend the Field School.  If you are not a member, you may join online then return to this screen for Field School registration.

Please fill in the information below for the credit card holder.  When you are ready, click the "Proceed to Names being registered" button.  You'll need to fill out a personnel form for each person who you are registering, including yourself.  When you've completed the personnel being registered section, there will be a confirmation screen for you to check all the data you've entered.  Your credit card will be processed on a secure web page to complete the transaction.

Anyone UNDER 18 YEARS of AGE unaccompanied by parent or guardian must be a TAS member and have an adult TAS Sponsor.  The page with the SPONSOR AGREEMENT must be downloaded here, be COMPLETED, NOTARIZED, and MAILED to the registrar before Field School.

All persons completing the online form for attending Field School MUST download the page with the Attendance Agreement and Legal Release forms and complete them, including signatures.  If applicable, the Aide to Youth Program section should also be completed.  The Attendance Agreement, Legal Release, and Aide to Youth Program part of the page may be mailed to the address below BEFORE attending Field School or brought to Field School either signed or to be signed there.  As noted above, the notarized Sponsor Agreement must be received by the Registrar prior to the start of Field School.
