Manage TAS Email Delivery

Some TAS members have not been receiving emails or announcements sent through the mail tool of our contact manager. There are several reasons why these emails may be failing to be delivered, including full inboxes, spelling errors in your listed email address, or emails that are filtered into spam folders.

If you believe that you are not receiving our emails, please verify your address on your website profile (insturctions can be found here). If that email address is correct, please add Texas Archeological Society [] to your email contact list and trusted sender list to prevent emails from being filtered out or moved into ‘Spam’ folders [instructions below].

Finally, please open emails from Texas Archeological Society before deleting them. The software that manages our email contacts will stop sending mass emails to members if those members do not open their emails for a period of time because the system is predicting that the emails are unwanted.

If you are still experiencing issues with emails not being sent received, feel free to reach out to and I can work with you to determine a solution.
